I can't say enough good things about North Star Roof Services! Mike and his team are absolute professionals who do quality work for a fair price. They did a thorough inspection, clearly explained our options, got right back to us with a fair quote and a scheduled date, showed up when they said they would, did an excellent job with quality material, and were extremely respectful of our property and that of our neighbors. Mike communicated with us every step of the way, answering every question we had and being genuinely concerned that we were satisfied with the work. I would 100% recommend them for any roofing needs! And no, we aren't related to or affiliated with anyone from the company. We are just really satisfied customers.

The roof replacement for my house was a huge job based on the condition of the roof and gutters. I am so glad I contacted North Star Roof Services for the job. Their work is impeccable, the owner Michael Crum is an added bonus. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and timely. The other great thing was what I paid, and how he took the time to explain what I needed and why. The workers did a fast, professional job and cleaned up very well. The look of the finished product is great. I have no reservations about recommending North Star Roof Services to anyone, have them call me. If there were 10 STARS to rate them I would! **********

I needed a quality roofer and I was resigned to the hours it would take to find one I could trust- I found North Star Roofing online and filled out some prelim info and received the first phone call within minutes of that. They were never pushy, simply asking for what info I could give about my roof replacement needs. They came out twice before doing the job to affirm exactly what I wanted/needed. They talked with my insurance adjuster on my behalf to explain what they were doing and what they felt the job required. All this to say, they began at 7:45 am and were completed by 12:30 pm. The dumpster was picked up the next day. From first contact to tear off to finishing new roof, all my expectations were exceeded. I recommend this company in the highest way possible.

These guys knocked out my large flat roof at my business with little advance warning and turned me on to the latest in flatroofing materials. Professional installation and quality product for sure. Price was very reasonable and they even addressed and corrected some structural carpentry that needed attention while doing the job. Highly recommend North Star Roof Services
